Yes, I love them, too. I run PuppyLinux for my family on our kitchen computer. Have been eating up the Knoppix thin client and kiosk tools in a book I'm reading--can't wait to try them out. You can combine Knoppix kiosk mode with pxe-booted thin clients... what a cool concept.

I've not used it, but I think 2X supports Macs. http://www.2x.com/terminalserver/.
