My special interest is science. I'd like to see the UC change its "a-g" requirements to allow some measure of online science lab experience for students, but only if these added experiences meet the standards of America's Lab Report. Does anyone else have any interest in this goal, which would lower costs and improve science education at the same time?

Can anybody tell me if Google Apps for Education is SCORM compliant? I guess this is necessary to be able to track usage in Blackboard? Thanks.

Hi John - yes, I thought this would be used as a communication tool for EL SIG people, but I know many have been using Facebook to communicate at http://www.facebook.com/pages/eL-SIG/113697285318706.
