Is CUE no longer partnering with CLMS for the annual Monterey CLMS Technology conference? I see that it is only now called CLMS Technology conference, and it will be in San Diego this year. I am going to go through withdrawl! With budgets so tight...
Congrats on the publication, Marie. That's exciting! I'll shoot you some feedback when I get a chance to look it over. (I'd at least glance at it now, but it's loading very slowly.) In any case, thanks for sharing. :)
Hi Marie,
With your work in Instructional Technology at your district, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free ...
I wanted to let you know that I just had my first peer-reviewed journal article come out in the online journal, Innovate. The article discusses research I conducted to develop my new theory of learning (SCCS), as well as a new instructional design...
Just an FYI to our conversation in October - the KaMOO site server has had problems for some time, but they have reworked it, and everything on the KaMOO sight should be up and running consistently now. This month I just had a journal article come...
I never got to personally thank you for coming to our SVCUE local conference in February. It's hard for many of our local members to get to the Palm Springs CUE, so I think it helped our members feel a little more connected to "Mother CUE"! I want...
Having taught middle school Social Studies and Langauge Arts for 10 years, I now work as the district's Instructional Technology Teacher on Special Assignment. I recently completed my PhD in Instructional Design for Online Learning, and am interested in helping teachers incorporate technology more into their curriculum, including elements of game design. My dissertation investigated a new instructional design model that takes into accout student's new learning styles.

Hi Marie,
A Middle School Latin teacher at my school used your wonderful lessons on the Aenid that were located on http://kamoo.dragonangel.net. We can't get to them any longer and are hoping they have simply moved elsewhere. Would you please let us know where to access them now? Many thanks!
It's so nice to start communicating with people in CUE! Well, I'm a teacher in San Jose (Orchard District), so I joined CUE in hopes of becoming more active in the organization because I'm working on a doctorate in ed. tech. at the moment. I met Kip online because she is an alumni of the program that I'm in and so I'm going to do a project with Kip as part of my program requirements. I'm really excited to get to meet everyone in the SIG that I will be working with as well as meet some members next week.
